Developing and evaluating the next generation of cotton varieties. This programme forms part of the proposed institutional development of ICRC.

Development status

Proposed. The Centre’s roadmap places programme development alongside institutional establishment, resource mobilisation, staffing, laboratories and research farms. Launch dates and participation arrangements have not yet been confirmed.

Research institutions, universities, farmers, industry and development partners are invited to discuss shared priorities and the expertise they could contribute.
