INTERNATIONAL COTTON RESEARCH CENTRE

Better, together.

A global ambition built on shared questions, complementary expertise and lasting collaboration.

A platform for shared progress

Cotton’s challenges cross borders and disciplines. ICRC is envisioned as a partnership platform linking research with agricultural and industrial needs.

International cooperation

The concept identifies CGIAR research centres, ICAC, the Islamic Development Bank, COMSTECH, COMSATS, FAO and other relevant organisations as potential collaborators. These references express opportunities for cooperation; they do not confirm formal partnerships or endorsements.

National institutions and universities

  • Universities, ministries and government departments
  • Extension services, farmer organisations and seed organisations

Industry and innovation

  • Seed and biotechnology companies
  • Textile manufacturers and ginners

An international research network
