Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional organisation, area of interest and message. This information is stored privately in the website’s WordPress database so an administrator can review and respond to the enquiry.
Form protection
The site uses a time-limited security token, a hidden spam field and a temporary hashed connection identifier to limit repeated submissions. The rate-limit identifier expires after one hour. It is not used for advertising.
Cookies and third-party services
The public theme does not add analytics, advertising or social tracking. Fonts, animation libraries and images are hosted with the website. WordPress uses cookies for administrator authentication. The hosting server may maintain access and error logs.
Access and deletion
To request access to or deletion of an enquiry, use the contact form and identify the email address used for your original submission. Administrators can process requests through WordPress privacy tools, subject to identity verification.
Retention
Enquiries remain available to authorised administrators until they are deleted. Before public launch, the website operator should confirm its contact details and a retention schedule appropriate to its operations.
Development website
This local site is a development installation. Institutional contact information and the final operational privacy notice must be confirmed before public launch.
